The 151 tell-tales, of a counter-balanced design made from stainless steel foil, are supported by rigid carbon fibre rods. The wind is revealed by the flowing movement of the tell-tales; the surface of the pool of black water reflects this, but also itself gently ripples while reflecting the movement of clouds in the sky.
