201 identical ‘flags’ of special light-refracting polyester film are mounted on pivot assemblies made from stainless steel and other all-weather materials. They can each rotate through 360° and go through gradual colour changes as the wind changes direction.

Arranged in an oval-shaped geometric grid approx. 16m x 10m.
